Residential Counselor
Schedule: Full-time, living with campers in the residence
Who We Are Looking For:

Responsible and caring individuals

Ability to maintain discipline and ensure safety

Experience working with kids/teens in a residential setting is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Stay with campers in the residence

Supervise daily routines, from morning to bedtime

Ensure a positive and safe living environment

Support camp activities and excursions

Opportunity to participate in organizing evening activities, enhancing creativity and leadership skills
Includes accommodation, meals, all program excursions, entrance tickets, transportation.
Camp Coordinators:
Excursion Coordinator
Schedule: Daytime only
Who We Are Looking For:

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Experience in event planning or logistics is a plus

Strong communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively

English and/or Spanish proficiency
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate excursions for campers

Purchase tickets and manage bookings
-
Monitor arrival times of transfers and transportation
-
Ensure smooth logistics for all planned activities
Camp Coordinator
Schedule: Full-time
Who We Are Looking For:

Experience in camp management or educational program coordination

Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently• High level of responsibility and attention to detail

English and/or Spanish proficiency
Key Responsibilities:

The main link in the camp after the Camp Director
-
Supervise and coordinate all activities within the camp
-
Ensure all staff (teachers and counselors) follow schedules and responsibilities
-
Maintain discipline among both campers and staff
-
Oversee and coordinate the activities of three summer camps
-
Ensure high-quality program execution and safety standards
-
Supervise and support staff, providing mentorship when needed
-
Organize and oversee daily camp schedules and logistics
-
Communicate with parents, resolving any issues that arise
-
Daily support from the Camp Director is guaranteed
